These couplers are well made, light, no flaw on the surface and the grip on motor shaft and the rod is good. I've bought two and one of them has one screw that doesnt go full inside but still deep enough to hold onto the threaded rod. They are flexible but resistant so you have some tolerance and some more torque if you rod isn't perfectly squared.
