this Smart watch is very nice looking and seems to be well made. The instructions explaine the features but give no useful information about how to set it up. if you need a tough challenge your sanity will be tested! I accidentally discovered how to get to a useful setting screen. At the home screen just swipe up and hold down on the battery icon. you should then be able to find the useful settings with a down swipe from the home screen! And once you bind to your phone, NEVER turn on watch
