these work great and do not need a neutral wire for operation. they also have a nice glow of blue or red around the circle depending on the on/off position of the light and makes it easy to find the switch in the dark.You can program with same button for on/off, or one button on and one button off. I use these with a RMpro to control the lights in my house. cheaper than wifi switches and no neutral required.
