This soldering iron heating element is ceramic rod with outer diameter 3.75 mm and length of about 58 mm with 2 solid wires connected with heater inside the rod. Resistance of the heater is 550 Ohm and with 220 volts AC power supply connected it will provides 62 W of heat. At AC110 volt power supply it will dissipate 15 W of heat only. So this ceramic heater can be used with any iron handler which uses tips of 900M-T type and ac power supply of 220 volts regardless it is regulated or not.
