In initial testing, panel produces 19vdc and a short circuit voltage of 0.075 amps. A little short of the 0.55 advertised on the back. But the sun was setting and I had not removed the film yet. It will be enough for what I have planned for them, but keep in mind that the advertised wattage is under perfect conditions.
