Was looking for an affordable eco-friendly mat for ages, really glad I found this. Happy with the quality, great value for the price. Used it a couple times already for exercising & yoga, it's just the right thickness, supporting the joints and most importantly indeed non-slipping. (I got the red as it was discounted but it is not as bright as in the pic, more a nice faded dark red, which I like more). Arrived quickly too. Only negative is plastics were used for the packaging.
