Great little soldiers. They stand 4" (102mm) tall, 1 1/2" (39mm) across the shoulders, when in sitting position, they are 3 1/8" (80mm) from bottom of feet to top of hat/helmet. They are very well articulated and can stand on their own 2 feet and they are heavily armed with little AK's swords and pistols. They vary in colors from jungle, desert or desert/sand camo Unfortunately they don't quite fit in the cabs of the 1/16th scale trucks unless you do a little lower leg surgery (with a dremmel) or cut a hole in the floor/fire wall for the feet to sit. Some model trucks with the high drivers seat leaves no room for the driver's thighs... so cutting and lowering the chair will get him to fit properly, or losing a bit of the bottom of the steering wheel. Once fitted, they do make a great driver. They can be painted in civilian clothing or high viz and go into RC excavators and the like. Awesome price! If they could be made 15% smaller they would fit the 1/16th scale trucks better. For the fantastic price, I am happy to play Dr Dremmel and make them fit....
