батарея 18650 пришла заряженной, упакованной в пленку что бы небыло замыкания, заряд на момент распаковки составлял 4,03 В. Зарядка на одну батарею имеет световой индикатор, когда идет зарядка горит красным если не заряжается - зеленым. Напряжение зарядка выдает 4,3 В. подключал батарею

The package arrived in a neat and good condition and the contents inside it work properly aligned and undamaged. The charger is built in a good quality and is reasonable to its price.Also the battery included in it is charged and quality built. finally concluding both the battery and charger are of good quality and I recommended it if you are a low budget and need a charger and a battery like this one.

have got this battery today the quality is fair for the price however the capacity is 3000mah and not 3800 mah as mentioned so the seller shall make that change

Le chargeur me convient parfaitement et fonctionne très bien, par contre la batterie ne fait que 3000 mAhH au lieu de 3800 et même bien chargée , elle ne tient pas longtemps. je vais l'utiliser dans une lampe torche à LED à la place de 3 piles 1.5 v AAA .
