I waited in anticipation for my VFD drive to arrive, unfortunately through some glitch the wrong product was sent. While it was a setback for me as far as time goes and a delay for my project, it was also a learning moment. I contacted Bang Good and after they confirmed the wrong product was shipped they offered several solutions. They resent the correct product and it arrived fairly quickly and in good condition. This is a company that stands behind their product and their customer service is quick to respond.
