Built f6kbr circuit and connected the board to it as it is shown on the project.. First, tried to power device from arduino 5V pin to adapter socket on the board.. power led on , and lock light slightly goes green if i put my finger closer to chip..but no RF and no lock indicator on arduino. Added an 10K resistor to CE pin and ground ..this strange behavior gone.. Then fed with 3.3V pins from arduino to board... power led went on..but rf or lock.. Then fed with external adapter ..still same results.. checked and measured all connections from arduino to board.. no errors found.. asked for a replacement.. lets see how will it go on..
