There was no IRPC or other marking on the lenses or frames as explained on the packaging. The packaging and Banggood product sales page appear to be in conflict and I am left unable to be certain that the glasses can in fact be used when working with lasers. On testing, the glasses appear to be adequately effective against 450nM (Blue) and 405nM(Violet) lasers. They somewhat attenuate but do not block other visible wavelengths e.g. green or red. I would be fearful of using them at these wavelengths. The packaging is a concern since it states that the item is not to be used as a laser safety glass. Initial qualitative tests indicate that they are effective against 450 and 405nM lasers. Some of the protection provided is by the glasses reflecting these wavelengths. As the surfaces are curved this should not present a risk to other people exposed to the reflection. They have some effectiveness, but are not as good when dealing with red or green lasers green and red lasers (532nM, 650nM). I do not have proper instruments to provide quantitative measurements, and the protection provided may or may not be adequate. Their effectiveness against infrared wavelengths (>650nM) is untested.
