    Absolutely not the same as advertised!!! No straps what so ever. So its not adjustable, it's just a cover and I was lucky that I had a perfect fit. Be aware !!!!

    Nice cover to protect the seat of scooter. Not really grippy, it's made of some sort of plastic not rubber.
