No English instructions but there is enough information on the internet on the GUC meter to learn how to use it. It seems to be quite accurate as I use it regularly and it is always in the proper range for all three readings. Make sure you pick the right kit that you want when you order, as the default kit has only one test, not three. With three tests it is more expensive than advertised. Mine did not come as a kit but separate boxes from different suppliers. It was all there though and seems to work together OK.
