as soon as I received this preamp I tried to connect it and it did go into protecting the power supply. rechecked the connections and plugged it back in and did go unprotected the power supply again. I then opened it up to check the problem. The poorly made soldering of the external power connector shorts the power supply. also checking better i verified the lack of a coupling smd capacitor from the RF input to the transistor so it could not work anyway.

appena ricevuto questo preamplificato ho provato a connetterlo e ha fatto andare in protezione l'alimentatore. ricontrollato i collegamenti e ricollegato e ha fatto di nuovo andare inprotezione l'alimentatore. l'ho allora aperto per verificare il problema. la saldatura mal fatta del connettore di alimentazione esterno manda in cortocircuito l'alimentazione. inoltre controllando meglio ho verificato la mancanza di un condensatore smd di accoppiamento dall'ingresso RF verso il transistor per cui non potrebbe comunque funzionare.
