I bought this device as a test. I was slightly suprised that manual mentions eye-protective googles and...there are none in the box. What you get is: device, power adapter and a...manual. Be aware of that. The device is extremely easy to handle, hold and press the Power button until its turn on and then press the power button to adjust the level of..radiation? There are 5 levels, if you'll press 5th once more it will start going to 4,3,2,1 etc. Then there's another button which executes the light
