Nothing special , just a cheap working SMPS PSU mostly for Leds array power supply. Half bridge topology with capacitor divider so do not belong to hard switching SPMS with lower RF interference but still not suitable for ham radio usage. An 45° C normally opened thermostatic switch is required for fan that is always working.
