i had received a male connector, and i thought that i mistakenly bought the male version. but now while looking at my old purchases i saw that i had actually bought the FEMALE version, so banggood sent me the wrong one... by now it is too late to ask for a replacement and it is so cheap that it isn't even worth the hustle. so... be careful what you buy, keep your eyes open! btw good connector, the cheaper ones are good aswell.
