I was looking for a simple instrument that can also measure AC current. From the descriptions, I saw that the instrument cable is forgettable (they give the same cheap cable even for slightly more serious instruments). Since I intended it as a gift, I included a higher quality measuring cable. The instrument is correct; I checked it with an original Fluke instrument. One should not expect high precision from it. The continuity tester beeps immediately when the measuring cable is shorted. The diode measurement tests with 1 mA current and about 2.5 V, so it is not good for checking blue and white LEDs. It is a bit strange that while you have to switch between AC-DC by turning the dial for voltage measurement, you need to press the SEL button to switch between AC-DC for measuring current. It is also interesting that for mA measurement, you do not need to plug the positive branch of the measuring cable into another socket, only in the case of a 10 A measurement range. I read somewhere that there is no fuse built in then. So be careful with that current measurement! The display backlight can be useful in darker places. The large display is advantageous for more accurate readings. It requires 2 pieces of 1.5 V AAA size batteries to operate.

Olyan, egyszerű műszert kerestem, amivel AC áramot is lehet mérni. A leírásokból láttam, hogy a műszerzsinór felejtős (ennél kicsit komolyabb műszerhez is ugyanezt a gagyi zsinórt adják). Mivel ajándéknak szántam, adtam hozzá egy jobb minőségű mérőkábelt. A műszer korrekt, egy eredeti Fluke műszerrel ellenőriztem. Nagy pontosságot nem szabad elvárni tőle. A szakadásvizsgáló azonnal sípol, amint a mérőzsinórt rövidre zárták. A dióda méréskor 1 mA árammal és kb. 2,5 V-tal tesztel a műszer, tehát kék és fehér LED-ek ellenőrzésére nem jó. Kicsit furcsa, hogy míg feszültségmérésnél Ac-DC között a tárcsa elfordításával kell váltani, addig áram mérésekor AC-DC közötti váltáshoz a SEL gombot kell megnyomni. Az is érdekes, hogy mA méréshez nem kell a mérőzsinór pozitív ágát másik aljzatba dugni, csak 10 A-es méréshatár esetén. Valahol olvastam, hogy akkor viszont nincs biztosíték beépítve. Tehát csak óvatosan azzal az áramméréssel! A kijelző háttérvilágítása hasznos lehet sötétebb helyeken. A nagyméretű kijelző előnyös a pontosabb leolvasáshoz. A működéséhez 2 db 1,5 V-os AAA méretű elem kell.
