Bore & tooth profile seem dimensioned correctly. Surface finish is very nice. Two grub screws at 'boss' end, 90 degree opposed. Grub screws are a bit short - would prefer them to be longer (and i'll probably replace them on assembly) to provide more engagement with the pulley and less likely to strip-out.
