Great service from Banggood as always arrived earlier than expected As regards product I have i have only just received Uses Trinamic Tmc 2160 chip Chip has heat sink under t as per its app note but on mine the aluminium link block didnt have much heat sink compound on it on the side that links to the heat sink that makes up half the case another strange situation is that the 14006nh mosfets have no real heat sink . they are not joined to the case heat sink at all . Whilst these are not being used to their rating at all it seems strange not to heat sink them when it would be easy to do so A good point is that Spi is broken out to headers on the board as is the diagnostics port the spi mode is available on a couple of solder pads so all the functionality available via these interfaces would appear to be accessible easily
