Received BMAX Y13 laptop yesterday , beautiful made laptop ,packaging was excellent BUT for one thing ! the travel adapter was packed loose and when I unpacked the laptop the adapter had punched a hole in the laptop packaging but no damaged was done to the laptop !! the ONE BIG problem with this laptop you cannot see the keyboard characters in normal lighting !!! VERY DISSAPOINTING it has spoilt an other wise beautifully made PC, I bought it because of the back ground lighting of the keyboard and now that is the ONLY WAY you can see the keyboard and even that has not been developed very well, as the top key row is bright like it should be and the bottom row is very poorly lit, not even across the keyboard . BMAX you need to do more independent testing because this is an excellent product and is well worth the money EXCEPT for this one MAJOR FAULT, you need to send out a keyboard button kit make this a usable pc or recall them !! no.1 pic is damage to packaging no.2 keyboard in normal light no.3 keyboard with lighting on the keyboard. VERY unhappy
