I love the product but I am having intermittent problems and have to twist the product in the cigarette lighter to make it operate occasionally... but for the price... a great product. Mass production has limitations on QC and I think I managed to get one that slipped through. Not negative review about product, because when it works (which is almost 80% of the time) it's fantastic... again... you get some batches of mass produced items that have minor issues.
