Good walkie-talkies, the baby is very happy, the range didn't test waiting for the weather to batter nature. There is a lack of control in Russian, but everything is intuitive.

Great little radio! I should have ordered at least two when I had the chance! I reprogrammed them with the Chirp software but you have to tell Chirp the radio is a Baofeng BF-R5 which is the same chipset. I tried to buy more and they ran out!

Works OK for the price. These radios came programmed with Chinese language voice prompts. The included user manual doesn't indicate how to change this setting. Useless if you can't understand Chinese. Scoured the internet and Baofeng's own website and absolutely no instructions on how to change the language settings to English.

Arrived fast, no hands free included! With US plug. You need programming cable to change the language to EN, because it is set to chinese or to program different channels. It is 2 watt, not 5. And IT IS NOT BAOFENG!!!
