I requested a recommendation for a 5g cell phone, which was Band-14 compatible, and Rugged. This Blackview BL5000 was recommended so I submitted my order on August 4th, as it was showing "IN STOCK", then I got several excuses when I inquired where my phone was, one excuse after another, FINALLY it shipped on October 26th, and arrived on November 8th ..... 3-MONTHS LATE !! I guess it was not in stock after all. Now this device has a weak plastic case, IT DOES NOT WORK ON 5g !! IT DOES NOT WORK ON Band-14, and now my inquiries result in cut & paste replies .... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! And now they insist I send a video of the phone not working !! Ok, so I am sending them a picture, showing that the recommended 5g is selected, but only 4g is working !!

The liquid crystal panel was slightly scratched. Also, the AC adapter for EU (no problem) has been included Very sorry. I wanted to put something for Japan from the beginning.

とても早く届きました。 Youtubeの提供品にはスクリーンプロテクターが 貼られて出荷されているものとそうでないものが混在しているようで、私は装着されていると思っていましたが実は貼られておらず。 これは残念な点でした。液晶パネルに若干の傷が付いてしまった。 あと、EU用ACアダプター(不具合有り)が内包されてきたことは 非常に残念なところ。最初から日本用の物を入れて欲しかったです。

Look Great & comfortable when holding the phone, light weight compared to a regular rugged phone, well balance in performance suitable for indoors and outdoor a like.( would be nice if it included night vision camera and supported micro SD card.) Overall I'm satisfied with the product and THANKS Banggood for such a great service!.

ok after 4 months use, works in the rain and good autonomy in games. the screen could be brighter for use in direct sunlight. the camera is ok but distorts more strongly the colors of nights. good for the price for a construction phone.

ok après 4 mois utilisation, fonctionne sous la pluie et autonomie correct en jeux. l'écran pourrait être plus lumineux pour un usage en plein soleil. l'appareil photo est correct mais déforme plus fortement les couleurs de nuits. bon pour le prix pour un téléphone de chantier.
