The cords are very short so installing it will be a pain. It shows a 12v dc adapter in the manual which it doesn't come with to plug into the LCD screen which would make the install allot simpler. It comes with just cords that you have to hardwire in which can be a pain since the front part doesn't just plug into a 12v plug so I have to find a place to wire it into in the front of the car. You can convert this system over to a hardwired by simply pluging the camera into the lcd screen if you don't

I hooked it up as best I could, the directions are non existent. The camera comes on with the backup lights and both the transmitter and the receiver show lights like they are working but no video. I ran a hard wire from the camera to the monitor and the monitor comes on and shows a good picture. I bought this one so I wouldn't have to run a wire from the back of my truck so it is disappointing. I also notice three buttons on the back of the video/mirror but they don't do anything. Is there some combination

I purchased one of these products and we have a little  problem with it. If you would use the wireless mode of the receiver and TFTmonitort constant 12 volts should be subject to. This causes two problems. The TFT screen is flashing continuously when the rear view camera is not turned on and the receiver heats up strongly. If I will tie wires are then perfect.

it would be great if they could send you you with enough wire length to wire it to your vehicle they barely give you any wire to wire the thing up with its ridiculous

He camera was delivered at my neighbours in France when we were travelling. I checked everything on distance with the neighbours, the delivery was OK. Back in France I tested the installation on my desk, it gave a good picture. I will give more information when I’m using it in the Camping-Car.

This is a helpful mirror for backing up to a trailer. The connections were pretty easy. Wireless is the way to go.

looks great, only thing is instructions too small to read for older eyes. Will have to scan and enlarge
