cat loved it but ripped cloth/carpet to shreds in a day. carpet not glued to plastic base the base wobbles sides of carpet not heated/melted so when cat get a piece of fabric string of it's able to rip it out completely. can't post pictures as bang good app only errors... the arch wobbles and is only hold in place with arch tension. cat still loves it but looks like shambles after a day still works OK. I made a wood base and mounted arch on and added my own carpet on it with Velcro. now it's heavy

This contraption came without the little red tubes thingy to hold the scratching pad. The latter being a simple twisted metal tube around a toilet like brush. So it means this arc is always pushing outwards and tries to be flat. In that sense, even without the little red caps to hold each end of it, it will stay inside the board's holes since both ends will push against the opposite sides of the holes. But, it was still wobbly and I guess, even the caps, I don't see the arc being stable enough for

I bought this for our cats and at first they didn't seem to like it - probably because of the smell?!? But after a few days they started to use it and now they seem really into it. Awesome toy :)

Al mio gatto piace molto strofinarsi su questo attrezzo, lo consiglio anche perchè rimuove molto bene il pelo morto evitando che si sparga in tutta la casa.

The product was not packaged very well and the bristles were a bit crushed, this makes the arch lack of volume. The arch was difficult to insert into the base, it makes the whole thing very stable. Unfortunately, if I do not pour catnip on it, my cats do not use it :(
