The dashed lines on the connection-instruction-picture are reversed: B-input must be connected to the plus and L-output via the lights to the minus/mass. With incandescent lamps the flasher relay works well. With LED's also works, but the LED's do not go completely off. If with LED's the flashing does not start, changing the adjusting speed rate may help.
