Everything came in a cardboard box. Was not organized at all, but everything was there. Not a single piece missing. Both USB Encoders work very well. Tested them using a shoe box on my Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ and PC with no problems. It recognizes it as a Generic USB Controller on PC and as Dragonfire USB Controller on the Pi. Didn’t encounter an issue using them besides the buttons feeling way to hard. You can fix this by removing the spring inside the button. Also, they arrived in exactly 7 labor days. Shipping was extremely fast. Overall, great product. Highly recommend it for the price. Will order more in the future.
