Installation was quite easy and straight forward, first with the Smartlife app and then within the Amazon Alexa app. Voice recognition is sometimes not so good with The Echo but i think this is a Amazon Echo problem and not the lamp its self. Although it is funny that 2 (of the 3 I bought) of the lamps are always recognized and with one Alexa claims that it cannot find the lamp sometimes on first try. All in all great product but could be a bit cheaper. Price a bit high.
