The item was delivered in a timely manner especially considering the Christmas season and coming from China. It arrived with a small dent* to one corner of the box that was rapped with a thin bubble wrap and plastic shrink wrap over it. All pieces were included except the antenna extension that was listed on the "items in the box". One power supply for a camera was damaged* actually where the box was dented but it did not cause a problem with it working.Oddly enough there was a broken piece* of a power supply that did NOT go to any that were shipped. All items were tested and connected right out of the box with ease. Cameras PTZ worked nice with a speed adjustment. USB and Monitor port worked fine. Software seems easy but limited but I only used it to test cameras so far.Memory slots on cameras were not tested, Internal drive was not tested and wired connection to router was not tested. The entire system is very light and does not feel durable at all but that is only an opinion. Hoping system will not be difficult adding different cameras. *See Pictures

So beware before buying from this company. I continued the purchase as I was buying on behalf of a client of mine that had no choice but to buy or cancel the order that he needed. Secondly the power cables and not even 12inches long! How are you expected to install a camera outdoors with such short cables? Will think again next time.
