Its working perfect for the first time. About how to install under windows arduino IDE if you do not want to play with git, python etc with some EASY step: Download this: https://github.com/espressif/arduino-esp32. Make this folders inside your SKETCHBOOK location: hardware\espressif\esp32 and unzip from the downloaded file everything inside the "arduino-esp32-master" folder. Go to the "tools" and start the get.exe. Its take sometimes minutes to download the files, but wait for it! When done, start arduino IDE, select board: esp32 dev module. Thats all folks. I suggest to test the board: examples/wifi/wifiscan
