Having ordered this product in 2021, I thought it would be good to order them for 2022 also. I was wrong. 6 of 30 devices cannot be programmed and 3 of them never turned on (no power). As can be seen from the attached microscope pictures, the CP2102 serial chip is not even properly flowed since it's not really touching the board on all pins. This looks to me like someone went overboard in terms of saving on the solder paste? I will not be buying these again. Luckily I ordered some extra or many of my students would not be able to do their exam.
