Ho ordinato diversi oggetti e questo non era presente nel pacco, pur avendolo pagato! Non riesco da 18 ore circa a mettermi in contatto con nessuno: nessuna pec, mail o numero verde di assistenza.....solo un area del sito in cui scrivere ma di cui non resta traccia (neanche in copia spedita in copia sulla mia email indicata)!!! I ordered several items and this was not present in the package, despite having paid for it! I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone for about 18 hours: no pec, email or toll-free number for assistance ..... only one area of the site where to write but of which no trace remains (not even in copy sent in copy on my email indicated) !!!
