The machine is really very beautiful and space-saving. However,you must adjust the cooking time depending on how finely the coffee is ground. If the grind is very powdery and you pack the coffee,water will have difficulty flowing through it. Only a small amount will drip through and the water will stay on top of the grounds. Medium coarse grind is recommended; then it will brew the desired amount nicely and become smooth and creamy. Do not fill it to the brim with coffee and do not compact it – this is the key.
