Nice solid feel to the casing. I don't have a calibration source so cannot comment of accuracy, but it seems about right compared ot other data sources. Disappointing it can't distinguish between beta/gamma/xray - just a count - but more than suitable for purpose. Battery lasts a decent time - at least 8 hrs. Still not sure what can practically be done once the alarm sounds in most daily situations, but there's an alarm at least.
