PLA adheres well with the plate. ABS needs more testing. Notice that the plate warps when heated, i.e. 2 corners on the front of the plate curls up and detach from the magnets. However, you can use the opposite site and it works. The curling seems to happen only on 1 side. Due to the size of the magnets, it is difficult to place them near the corners where they will definitely help pull down the plate more. Perhaps, future iterations could have smaller magnets and a few more of them. The reason for using these magnets instead of the magnetic sticker was that I am frequently switching and testing build plates with PLA, ABS or PETG. Using the sticker would have cause additional thickness or insulating the heat.
