I used it on the right side of the sink as it ran down there. works very well. still firm after weeks.

cleaned the area with 70% isopropanol, let it dry and glued the silicon barrier on the floor with the duct tape you get on the barrier. I let it sit for about 8 Hours and pushing it from time to time against the floor for perfect contact on the surface.. right after the first shower, the water ran out through the gaps between the tile.
