I bought 4 of these to convert to the E27 socket type where my apartment sockets required these more expensive bulbs. They are well made and work great though I found that it is a good idea when installing them to hold the base that you are installing it into so that it doesn't turn. Sizing and spacing is visually the same as store bought GU24 bulbs. Now I don't have to pay 2 - 3 times as much locally for the specialty GU24 CFL bulbs :)

These are awesome, especially combined with some of the lower profile LED bulbs. 20+ so far, no duds!
