Very good. Just the right size for my desk. The three magnet area are strong enough to retain little pieces without having to fight with magnetic forces to get them. More interesting is that this item arrived packed in a way that allowed me to use it immediately. No need to place it under a pile of book to have it flat. That's a good point ! :-)
