    This charger works perfectly once you work out the user interface. I downloaded the manual from the hillrc website for reference each time I got stuck. It arrived with V2.17 firmware, the latest is V2.18 which was only released after it shipped, so it came with the latest at the time of order. I tested charge, discharge and regenerative discharge on both channels with no issues. There are some scuffs on the control panel, but there are no scratches or marks on any of the terminals so it is brand new, the scuffs must have occurred during packaging. Overall very happy with the purchase.
