Quality is good, but the manual could be more complete. It shows, for instance, one output port gives you several different voltages but I am not sure how it works.

Ottonormal Youmean the USB-C connector? That's "PD3.0" standard, which means the device you like to charge (e.g. smart phone, laptop, steamdeck, etc.) communicates with the solar panel and tells it, which voltage it likes to get for beeing charged. :)
