My daughter has food allergies and so has to worry about keeping her hands clean all the time. I was worried that these soap sheets would be pseudo-soap, and not work well or at all. However, they are actually real soap and do seem to get your hands clean. They might leave a bit of a gummy residue if you don't rinse thoroughly, but being able to have something always on-hand more than makes up for it. Backpackers and others with rather dirty hands may need to use a couple of sheets and use a fair bit of water for rinsing. I'd recommend these to anyone interested in this sort of a product.
