Great tip to grip, light weight and good quality, does not get hot to the touch after prolonged use.

Way better then Handles that come with stock versions of KSGER soldering irons. It consists from 4 peaces. Front part is where you hold it and it is made out of 3 layers. Inside isolation layer than aluminum body and black part is rubber actually. This part can get little bit warm but not in anyways unpleasantly so. Next is a inner part with contacts. Over it there is a longer aluminum tube. Last is a cable stress release. Make sure it is screw in tight and then it will hold the cable. Very elegant and nice to work with. Comes with nice soft silicon lead. Inner cables are pretty small gauge though. Would like to see thicker cable for the almost 3 Amps current. Handle diameter is smaller then stock handle and that makes it more elegant and nicer but it also makes it go true the holder I have ordered for the KSGER soldering Iron. N Ever the less I take ergonomics of this handle over the ease of the holder. If you are careful you can still use it. If you are good in soldering get this kit and if not get finished one. You will not be sorry it is so much better than the crappy plastic once. Makes all system feeling more professional. It is your only contact with a system why not improving it? BTW from the upgrade models only two have this tip to handle ratio. This one and stainless steel one. Others will move the tip in front and that is no go for me. So this one and the stainless steel one receive the cartridge deep into the handle and tip is like 2 inches away from the handle. Same is true with a blue stock plastic one. Other handles ad like 3/4 of a inch and are less accurate. Most of those are also thicker as well.
