Gene Mine do not function too. Unfortunately I do not have images of the original package or video files about the product so the customer service did not work for me too. Apparently it have to do with the LM311 on the PCB not functioning as a oscillator. The people who replace it is happy with the results. Did not yet do it. It is a SMD component situated under the LCD. Best whishes
