Very pleased with LCR-T10H transistor/component tester. I received it this morning, much sooner than expected. Have already tested many Si and GE BJTs, Mosfets, Jfets, Diodes, Triacs, Thyristors, LEDs, Rs, Ls and Cs. Almost all detected and measured correctly, except for a couple of Thyristors which probably had too high trigger currents. Also, a device which I think was a PUT looked like two back to back diodes. The ESR on electrolytic caps seem to measure about right. I should have bought it sooner as it will be invaluable for finding faulty parts and components whose markings have rubbed off, or parts with obscure pin orders. I thoroughly recommend this tester and it is great value.
