The tool is great, almost twice as heavy as the 520Nm version and thus much more powerful with the same battery pack. But the packaging is terrible and one of the batteries arrived broken (photo attached). I opened a ticket with cust support to get a replacement and they keep stalling me for a week now. I wish they would sell the tool without batteries and charger, which can get broken in transit as I have seen in other buyers reviews also. Why save on cardboard, which is the cheapest part of this whole setup?!
