,the ball screw has arrived damaged and is no longer in the axis. I have to return the two articles for change. I'm disappointed because I waited a long time for nothing. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I ordered 1000mm balls crews what was supplied not metre in fact once you take in to account the ball screw nut there effective maximum travel is less than 900mm so they are actually miss representing the product in their advertising

i ordered one of these to check if they were any good. the first one was perfect so i ordered two more. the secone two i ordered are bent, tried fitting them to the cross slide of a mill and the screw is so bent the nut is wondering by almost 1mm as the screw rotates which makes them completely unusable junk!
