Good: The springs look and feel good, might be able to use them elsewhere. Bad: Zero metal except the springs, zero shock damping and no way to use oil as there is too much play, the shafts are plastic (uneven, not possible to tighten) and the doesn't seem the cans can be opened without destroying them. Specs: Max len 76 mm, thickness 13 mm, eye to eye range about 53-68 mm. Spring range 1.6 (fully extended) - 4.8 (fully retracted) N (160 - 490 grams).
