Joseph If I was to add a ground wire to mine do I just put a wire in from the plug to the yellow housing? Looks like your ground wire is connected to the circuit board?? Or is that the frame there?

Just take care to replace the original cable (2 wires of 1.5mm²) by a cable with 3 wires of 1.5 mm² by conductors minimum. Never 0.5 or 0.75 mm² for exemple !!!
The value of 1.5 mm² is engraved or painted on the cable itself.
maurits To me it looks as if you can just screw the ground wire to a convenient spot on the metal chassis.
