Used it with Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and Octoprint. Plug in the cable and and it's done. No need anything set up, very easy installation. Adjustable Focus works well. I rate 4stars because there is no any options to control infrared light sensors. They are still on even when there is enough light in the room. The image is of sufficient quality to monitor the 3D printer. I am satisfied and recommend as a budget octoprint camera.

Deluxa82 UPDATE pls read!!!!...ok thats annoying. After week of using this camera for octoprint (Pi 3B worked more than half year without any problem) my Pi no longer boot. I figured out the MXL7704 chip (3v3 voltage regulator) is gone. Of course camera is also powered with 3.3v a there is main problem what I mentioned before. Infrared lights is on all the time whatever lighting conditions are. Take too much power from Pi, no any option how to control it . I am 100% the camera IR lights burned out chip not camera itself.
It's up to you whether you use a camera with this IR backlights or not (at first glance all is working fine..) but
there is a high probability that your Pi will also burn!!!
